摘要
论述了多粒度光交换技术(MGS)的特点,通过计算比较端口数,定量分析使用MGS能简化光交叉连接器(OXC)的结构。提出了基于MGS的多粒度分层路由、多粒度信令机制以及链路管理技术。讨论了引入MGS对自动交换光网络(ASON)的生存性和流量工程等系统应用方面的影响。
Abstract
Multi-granularity switching is one of the key technologies for next generation Optical Network- Auto-matic Switched Transport Network. It can reduce network nodes and equipment cost. In this article, the advantages of MGS are given. Quantitative analysis is given by accounting and comparing the port count to prove that the constitu-tion of OXC can be simplified by introducing MGS. Multi-granularity hierarchical routing, multi-granularity signaling mechanism and link manager technology are presented, and the influences of system application related to survivabil-ity and traffic engineering of ASON by introducing MGS are discussed.
