Sensitive Detection of CO2 Molecule Using Near Infrared Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy
摘要
利用近红外二极管激光波长调制技术与二次谐波探测结合初步观测了CO2分子在波长1.57 μm附近的吸收,获得了最小可探测吸收为8.6×10-5(信噪比为2),对应500×10-6m-1的探测灵敏度。
Abstract
The initial observation of CO 2 absorption at 1.57 μm near-infrared tunable diode laser wavelength modulation spectroscopy (WMS) combined with second harmonic detection reported. A minimum detectable absorption of 8.6×10 -5 (signal-noise-ratio is 2) was achieved, it corresponds to 500×10 -6 detection sensitivity.
