摘要
针对应用相息图再现二元图像的图像质量劣化问题,提出一种基于对二元图像进行振幅补偿的改进方法,对二元图像的零振幅区进行一个微小量的振幅配置,实现该区域相位对迭代的参与,从而增加了相息图设计的自由度,改善了二元图像的质量。通过对模拟实验结果的比较分析,讨论了振幅补偿对二元图像质量的改善效果。
Abstract
A method of amplitude fitting is proposed to solve the degeneration problem of the quality of binary images reconstructed by kinoforms. By fitting a small amplitude to the zero-amplitude area of the binary image, involvement of phase in this area during the iteration is ensured. As a result, the degree of freedom during the design of kinoform is increased, and the quality of the binary image reconstructed is improved. Quantitative analyses and discussions of the improved result are given by comparing the final simulation results.
