摘要
利用透射穆斯堡尔谱(TMS)对原始态和晶化后非晶软磁合金Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9进行了结构分析.实验结果表明,利用连续CO2激光处理,可使样品的非晶带表面产生少量晶化,晶化析出相为Fe-Si;在样品的非晶相中发生了磁矩重排,原子磁矩在面内取向占优.在一定激光辐照工艺条件下,可以控制样品的磁矩变化并实现微量晶化.
Abstract
The irradiated specimens were studied by Mossbauer spectroscopy (MS). It was found that minor crystallization was produced on the surface of Fe 73.5Cu 1Nb 3Si 13.5B 9 amorphous and the crystallized phase was Fe-Si. The magnetic moment reorganization of Fe 73.5Cu 1Nb 3Si 13.5B 9 amorphous phases has taken place and atom magnetic moment direction maintains a preferred in-plane orientation. The controlled magnetic anisotropy and micro-crystallization can be obtained under the given laser power irradiation conditation.
