摘要
Fe:LiNbO3晶体有很强的光伏效应.通过理论分析和实验验证,在全息存储过程中,光伏效应会在晶体表面产生非均匀的光伏直流电场,它不仅降低了材料的动态范围,并且引起了Bragg失配,使得再现图像失真.消除光伏直流电场的方法是使用电解质溶液短路晶体表面电荷.采用这种方法,在晶体一个公共区域内,可存储1000幅能够清晰再现的全息图像.
Abstract
A nonuniform photovoltaic field is created in Fe:LiNbO 3 during hologram recording exposures. Experimental results and analysis show the degradation of the volume holograms in the presence of the photovoltaic field. A sodium chloride solution is used to short circuit the crystal to improve the stored images quality. 1000 holograms which can be reconstructed with high fidelity have been stored in a common volume of the crystal which was placed in the sodium chloride solution.
