高功率CO2激光器全反射镜热应力变形解析分析
Analysis Research for Thermal Deformation of High Power CO2 Laser Mirror
摘要
根据高功率CO2激光器谐振腔全反射镜的工作情况建立了热传导方程,并给出了符合实际情况的边界条件.应用薄片分层分析法得到了全反射镜温度分布的解析结果,并由温度分布求得了热应力引起的全反射镜的挠度以及由此引起的反射镜表面变形后所形成的曲率半径.
Abstract
Thermal conduction equation of high power CO 2 laser is established according to its running state, and the boundary conditions are given also. Analysis solution of temperature distribution of the mirror is obtained using the method of thin pieces analysis. At the end of this paper deformation of the surface of mirror is obtained.
