摘要
提出了一种应用自适应扩束系统解决"飞行光束"聚焦特性的方法,分析了系统的工作原理及调节特性.数值模拟结果表明,自适应扩束系统能够实现对"飞行光束"聚焦特性亦即焦点位置与焦斑大小的控制.
Abstract
An adaptive beam expander to control the focusing characteristics of flying optics, was proposed and its operating principle and adjusting characteristics were analyzed. The simulation results indicate that the adaptive beam expander can be used to control the focusing length and spot size.
