周期极化LiTaO3的准连续倍频
Quasi-cw Frequency Doubling in Bulk Periodically Poled LiTaO3
摘要
利用高压脉冲周期极化的LiTaO3(PPLT),对半导体激光抽运Nd:YVO4晶体1064nm准连续输出进行倍频,讨论了其倍频转换效率及倍频过程中的温度调谐特性,实验结果与理论吻合很好。在基频光输出为193mW时,其外腔单通倍频转换效率达到13.5%。
Abstract
Using a uncoated bulkperiodically poled LiTaO3 with the period of 7.81 μm to double the frequency of a diode-pump Q-switched Nd:YVO4 laser is studied.The laser is with a 60 ns pulse duration, 10 kHz repetition rate. Internal conversionefficiency is 13.5% when pump power is 193 mW. The second-harmonic power as the functionof crystal temperature is also measured, which is agreement very well with the theory. Thephase matching temperature is 36.1℃.
