激光切割中入射角对切割质量的影响
Effect of Laser Beam Incident Angle on Laser Cutting Quality
摘要
研究了激光入射角对薄板切割质量的影响,结果表明,在一定条件下,激光束不垂直工件表面时,仍可以获得切缝细、挂渣少的切割效果.同时切割头的运动方向在激光束不垂直于被加工表面时,对切割质量也有显著影响.给出了在三维激光切割时,由于干涉等原因无法保证激光束垂直入射时,为得到好的切割质量应采取的措施.
Abstract
In this paper author describes the result of an experiment which illustrates the effect of laser beam incident angle on laser cutting quality. The experiemnt shows the possibility to get a satisfying cutting quality with the non vertical laser beam to work piece surface. This is quite different from the traditional ideas which the laser beam must be vertical to work piece surface for laser cutting. In three dimensional laser cutting author gives the way to obtain good cutting quality when the laser beam is not vertical to work piece surface.
