介绍了CO2激光修复光学元件表面损伤用其对基片表面缺陷进行抛光的原理、内容以及最新进展,分析了CO2激光修复光学元件表面损伤对元件抗损伤阈值的提高所起的重要作用,并指出技术中存在的问题。
Abstract
The theory, content and development about inhibiting the growth of laser-induced surface damage and polishing the disfigurment of surface and the importance to damage thresholds are introduced. The problems in CO2 laser treatment in optical surface are put forward.
