摘要
对圆片增益介质建立了均匀内热源、底面恒温冷却及其他面绝热的热传导模型,得到不同抽运功率、不同圆片厚度时,圆片内温度、位移及等效应力场的三维分布。结果表明,均匀的内热源、低的热功率、薄的圆片及合理的冷却方式可实现一维的温度分布,减小圆片内的温度、位移及等效应力。
Abstract
Based on conduction model of even heat source, cooling underside and making the other sides adiabatic, the three-dimensional distributions of temperature, displacement and Von Mises stress of disk gain medium are calculated. The calculation results indicate that: even heat source, low heat power, thin medium and reasonable cooling can realize one-dimensional temperature distribution and decrease the temperature, displacement and Von Mises stress inside the disk.
