摘要
利用几何光学原理和轴外像差理论,设计一种应用于大功率CO2激光陶瓷烧结实验的反射型正交双带式积分镜均束装置。经模拟,该装置均束效果良好,基本不受原始激光束光斑质量的变化影响;并且因为所有光学元件都属于反射型镜面,光能利用率高,水冷方便,符合大功率CO2激光器的使用要求。
Abstract
Using geometrical optics theory and off-axis aberration analysis, a set of crossed double strip integrators for high power CO2 laser beam homogenizing has been designed. The uniformity of the power distribution on the working plane can be improved without being affected by the change of original laser beam. And because all the elements have reflecting surface, energy loss is not serious and water cooling can be easily used.
