CO2激光辐照下热敏电阻温升的数值计算与实验

摘要
对激光照射下热敏电阻的温升进行计算,得到温升和热敏电阻输出信号与入射激光功率的关系:当激光功率小于热敏电阻的破坏阈值时,输出信号与激光功率近似线性关系;同时计算了破坏阈值的大小.实验采用CO2激光器,测量了热敏电阻输出信号与入射激光功率的曲线,分析表明,热敏电阻吸收激光能量造成的热破坏是主要原因,在允许的误差范围内,计算与实验结果基本一致.
Abstract
In this paper, temperature increment of thermal resistor irradiated by laser is calculated, from which the relation between its temp erature increment and laser power is studied. It indicates that the output signa l of thermal resistor detector are almost linear with laser power when it is lower than the breakdown threshold of the themal resistor. The curve of this relati on is obtained by the experiment. The results of calculation and experiment are compared.
