Measuring the dynamic frequency response of piezoelectric ceramic by interference method
摘要
理论分析了用干涉法测量压电陶瓷的动态频率响应特性的方法,建立了由泰曼-格林干涉仪和光电转换测量系统组成的实验装置,只要电源允许,测量的频率可以达到5kHz.实验结果表明,测量方法简便可行,易于实现,测量范围大、误差小.
Abstract
New method of measuring dynamic frequency response of piezoelectric ceramic with interference is put forward. The theoretical analysis and experimental method are discussed and the experimental set-up is established. The system consists of a Twyman-Green interferometer and a photoelectric conversion and measuring system. It allows operation frequency up to 5kHz. The experimental results show that the method is simple, easy to achieve, and can be used to measure the dynamic frequency response property of piezoelectric ceramic in wide range with high precision.
