摘要
从计算离散对称值出发,提出了一种自动定位人脸图像中眼睛的离散对称变换算法,通过邻域灰度均匀度算子对各点邻域的检测,去除处于规则区域的点,并用圆环邻域代替对称算子圆形邻域,大大降低了计算量,提高了对称的准确性.实验结果表明:在未进一步利用对称角度和人脸固有的几何比例关系的情况下,该算法能准确地对正面人脸图像中的眼睛进行定位.
Abstract
A novel discrete symmetry transform (DST) algorithm of location of eyes in facial images was presented based on the value of discrete symmetry. The pixels on regular neighbor zone were removed by detecting the gray uniformity on neighbor zone of each pixel, and the circle mask of symmetry operator was replaced by an annular mask. Better accuracy and shorter computing time could be obtained by using DST than using generalized symmetry transform. Experimental results prove that this algorithm can locate the eyes in facial images automatically without using symmetry angle and geometric feature of human face.
