摘要
介绍了一种高精度、实时红外图像采集处理系统的原理、构成及特点.系统选用12Bit高速A/D转换器,并采用CPLD进行时序逻辑电路设计、采用DSP进行非均匀性校正,特别适用于高精度的红外辐射特性测量.
Abstract
The principle, composing and peculiarity of high precision real time IR image signal acquisition and processing system were introduced. 12 Bit A/D converter was selected in the system. DSP and CPLD were adopted, which make it suitable for high precision measurement in IR radiation charateristics.
