量子阱红外探测器响应峰值波长的Raman散射测量
MEASUREMENT OF RESPONSE PEAK WAVELENGTH OF QUANTUM WELL INFRARED DETECTORS BY RAMAN SCATTERING
摘要
通过测量多量子阱材料的Raman散射谱,可以预测出:由该种材料制出的量子阱红外探测器的响应峰值波长.它既不需要实际制出量子阱红外探测器,也不需要对多量子阱结构材料进行抛光处理,方法简便,结果可靠.
Abstract
The response peak wavelength of a quantum well infrared detector was predicted directly by measuring Raman spectrum of multiquantum well materials. It no longer requires preparing infrared detector or polishing on the edge of sample. Therefore, this method is simple and reliable.
