探讨内镜下治疗上消化道息肉的方法。方法：对106例上消化道息肉病例的治疗上采用内镜下钬激光气化。结果：106例上消化道息肉中一次性治愈率：食道息肉93%，贲门息肉80%，胃息肉98%，十二指肠球部息肉100%，食道、胃多发息肉100%。结论：内镜下钬激光治疗上消化道息肉的治疗变得简单、安全、有效。

Objective; To observe the clinical Effect of patients with upper gastrointestional polyp Treated by Ho: YAG Laser. Methods; 106patients with upper gastrointestionsl polyp were treated by Ho:YAG laser through endoscope . Results; Of the 106 case, the cure rates of esophageal polyp was 93% , cardiac polyp 80% , gastric polyp 98% ,duodenal polyp 100%. Conclusion; The advantages of treatment by Ho; YAG laser in upper gastrointestinal polyp was simple, less pain, safty, mild postoperative reaction.
