摘要
用功率密度为2.83 mW/mm2,3.95 mW/mm2的He-Ne激光辐射玉米干种子,辐射时间分别为5s、50s和500s.采收二叶期、三叶期幼苗作为试验材料,测试结果表明,经激光辐射后α–淀粉酶和磷酸化酶活性提高,通过聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳得到的α–淀粉酶同工酶酶谱,谱带数目增多,峰面积增加.揭示了激光辐射可以改变植物体内的糖代谢,进一步验证He-Ne激光辐射对生物体影响存在一个最佳剂量.
Abstract
The corn(Zea Mays L.) seed was irradiated by He-Ne laser, of which the power densities were 2.83mW/mm 2, 3.95mW/mm 2 respectively and the corresponding irradiating times last 5s, 50s, 500s respectively. The samples were collected randomly at the stage of two leaves and three leaves seedlings respectively. The activities of α-amylase and phosphorylase were studied by the means of colorimetric method. It could analyse the α-amylase isoenzyme spectra by Polyarcrylamide Gel Electrophoresis (PAGE). The results show that both the activities of α-amylase and phosphorylase of treatment groups are higher than the control, α-amylase isoenzyme spectra are varied and new spectra bands present. The experiment indicates that the glycometabolism in plant can be influenced by laser irradiation. Furthermore, it shows that there is the best irradiating dosage of He-Ne laser what has the best biological effects on plant.
