摘要
对汽车用板激光焊接现状和国产St系列汽车薄板的激光焊接研究表明,激光焊接接头完全能够满足汽车覆盖件和底板等零件的塑性变形要求.激光焊接汽车薄板工艺是减少整车重量、制造成本和提高汽车设计灵活性的重要保障.
Abstract
Through the analysis actuality of laser welding automobile sheet steel in China and in the world and the study on laser welding of St series automobile sheet steel made in China, the results revealed that the laser welding St series automobile sheet steel could be considerably satisfied with the requirements of mould pressing of autobody. The process of laser welding autobody sheet is the important condition of lightened the weight of car and increasing flexibility of design a car.
