激光表面熔凝温度场的二维数值模型
Two-Dimensional Numerical Model of Temperature Field during Laser Surface Remelting
摘要
建立了激光表面快速熔凝条件下温度场的二维数值模型,并利用有限差分法对Cu-Mn合金在激光表面快速熔凝条件下的温度场进行了计算.计算结果表明该模型能准确描述激光表面快速凝固条件下熔池的温度场信息,而且在保证计算精度的条件下简化了计算(相对于三维).计算结果与实验结果相吻合.
Abstract
A new two-dimensional numerical model has been set up to be used to calculate the temperature field during laser surface remelting.The finite difference scheme on non-equidistant mesh is used during calculation.The calculation results on Cu-Mn alloy shows that this model can accurately describe the temperature field of the molten pool and simplify caculation compared with three-dimensional models.The calculation results agree with that of experiment.
