精密齿轮光纤激光切割工艺研究
Study of Cutting Precision Gear Wheel with Fiber Laser
摘要
利用光纤激光精密加工系统进行了不锈钢齿轮的切割实验.研究了激光光斑直径及离焦量、切割速度、激光功率等工艺参数对齿轮切缝宽度及加工质量的影响.通过优化工艺参数,在0.4mm厚的不锈钢薄板上切割出了精密齿轮.
Abstract
The experiments of cutting stainless steel gear wheel with fiber laser precision processing system, were carried out.The effects on kerf width and quality made by laser facula diameter,focal point position,cutting speed,laser power and other technological parameters were studied.Precision gear wheel was cutted on 0.4mm stainless steel sheets by optimazing the processing parameters.
