摘要
使用激光进行微成形的方法有多种 ,本文介绍了通过激光选区烧结技术 (SLS)来进行激光微成形的试验。通过大量的工艺试验和对激光选区烧结微成形过程中影响因素的系统分析 ,探讨了激光选区烧结微成形的工艺参数对激光扫描金属粉末的烧结线宽和烧结深度的影响 ,并最终成形了米粒大小的金属实体。
Abstract
There are many ways for micro-machining by laser.This paper describes the fabrication of micro-component through the process of selective laser sintering SLS),discusses the influence of processing parameters in SLS on sintering width and depth,and finally gets some micro metal components.
