超导腔束管耦合器耦合度研究
Coupling parameter study of superconducting cavity coupler
摘要
利用超导腔束管耦合器具有轴对称结构的特点,使用SUPERFISH程序对其耦合度进行数值分析,给出了束管耦合器内导体位置与耦合度的关系曲线,并根据等效电路的分析结果,结合超导腔光阴极注入器的实验参数,给出束管耦合器的设计参数。
Abstract
A superconducting cavity coupler with coaxial symmetric structure is introduced. The coupling parameter of the co upler is analyzed by the SUPERFISH program. The curve of the coupler inner condu ctor position versus coupling parameter is obtained. The analyze result of coupl ing parameter is according with the experiment of a model cavity. As a result, t he coupling parameter of CAEP superconducting photocathode injector experiment i s given: coupling parameter is 1637, the position of coupler inner conductor is 15.45cm and the average accelerating field is 20MV/m.
