共焦显微镜的纵向分辨率极限及其判据
The Vertical Resolution Limit and it's Criterion of Confocal Microscopes
摘要
利用三维脉冲响应函数和三维光学传递函数理论,分别从空域和频域两方面分析了共焦显微镜焦深的分布及其对共焦显微镜纵向分辨率的影响,给出了纵向分辨率的极限及其判据,理论结果与实验结果基本一致。
Abstract
The focal depth distribution of confocal microscopes and it's influence on the vertical resolution are analysed with the three-dimensional pulse response function and the three-dimensional transfer function. The vertical resolution limit and it's criterion are also given. The theory result coincide with the experimental result.
