不同光源的光学相干层析成像系统比较
Optical Coherence Tomography System with SLD and Ultrashort Pulse Laser
摘要
光学相干层析成像技术是一种新型的成像技术,由于相干性和实用性的特殊要求,系统需要光源具有较宽的频谱宽度、输出功率高、稳定性好、易于耦合.超辐射发光二极管和超短脉冲飞秒激光是能满足这些要求的理想光源.本文在建立上述两种光源成像装置的基础上,对系统的横向、纵向分辨率等基本性能进行了测量;并对生物组织样品的成像质量进行了比较.
Abstract
Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) is a new kind of noninvasive cross-sectional imaging technique. In this paper, OCT system is implemented by use of superluminescent diodes and a tunable mode-locked Ti: Sapphire femtosecond pulse laser source. The properties of OCT system, transverse and axial resolution,are measured. The OCT image of plant and animal eye tissue are obtained. The quality of image with different light source is compared.
