Analysis of Signals in Fiber Optic Gas Sensor Based on Opening Cell
摘要
根据信号处理理论,分析了开放式光纤气体传感器吸收池的光信号输出特性,提出了设计吸收池的判据,即腔片上复合光束相邻两光斑不重叠时,其输出特性与White型吸收池等效.在信号处理系统中,采用窄带滤波和相敏检波技术,使传感器的输出特性参数的对数值与待测气体浓度成正比.因此,可按Lambert定律对传感器定标.
Abstract
The optical signals in the fiber optic gas sensor based on the opening cell are analyzed with the view of system. The criterion for designing the cell is put forward, i. e. the output property of the cell is equivalent to the White type cell under the case of no overlapping between the two nearest complex light beams on the mirror from which the cell cavity is made. A spike filter and a phase sensitive detector are utilized in the signal processing, in order that the logarithm value on the absolute voltage from the sensor system of the gas is measured. Thus, the gas sensor can be calibrated on the basis of the Lambert law. The cell can be used to measure atmospheric extinction coefficient at single wavelength.
