利用整体毛细管X光半会聚透镜会聚同步辐射

摘要
为了进一步开展基于整体毛细管X光半会聚透镜和同步辐射的微区X射线分析,利用整体毛细管X光半会聚透镜和超环面镜的组合会聚了同步辐射。在8 keV能量点,利用超环面镜,将面积为2.3 mm×26 mm,竖直发散度和水平发散度分别近似为0和1.1 mrad的同步辐射光束会聚为面积为0.9 mm×0.3 mm,水平和竖直发散度分别为1.4 mrad和0.1 mrad的束斑,然后利用整体毛细管X光半会聚透镜将束斑会聚成直径为21.4 μm的微焦斑,该整体毛细管X光半会聚透镜对束斑的传输效率为7.9%,该透镜焦距和焦斑处单位面积上的强度(功率密度)增益分别为13.3 mm和59。
Abstract
The synchrotron radiation is focused by using a combined system of a monolithic polycapillary half focusing X-ray lens and a toroidal mirror. This is important for the potential micro X-ray analysis based on the monolithic polycapillary half focusing X-ray lens and the synchrotron radiation. At 8 keV, the synchrotron radiation beam with a 2.3 mm×26 mm area, whose vertical divergence and transverse divergence are appropriately zero and 1.1 mrad respectively, is first focused into a beam spot with a 0.9 mm×0.3 mm area, a 0.1-mrad vertical divergence and a 1.4-mrad transverse divergence by using a toroidal mirror; the focused beam spot is then focused by using a monolithic polycapillary half focusing X-ray lens into a focal spot with a 21.4 μm diameter. At 8.0 keV, the transmission efficiency and focal distance of the monolithic polycapillary half focusing X-ray lens are 7.9% and 13.3 mm, respectively. The gain of power flux density in the focal spot of the polycapillary half focusing X-ray lens is 59.
