基于数字全息相位差放大的弱相位检测方法

摘要
相位差放大技术(PDA)是干涉测量领域里一种提高相位分辨率和测量精度的手段。将数字全息与相位差放大技术相结合,提出了一种利用傅里叶变换原理实现数字相位差放大(DPDA)的方法,并应用于弱相位检测。与传统的光学相位差放大方法相比,数字法相位差放大对实验装置要求较低,并且具有易于抑制噪声、载波因子可调等优点。数值模拟和实验分析的结果也表明,该方法可以实现100倍以上的低噪声相位差放大,使干涉仪分辨弱相位细节的能力有显著提高。
Abstract
Phase difference amplification (PDA) was proposed as a means of improving phase resolution and accuracy in interferometric measurement. Combined phase difference amplification with digital holography, a method of digital phase difference amplification (DPDA) using Fourier transform is proposed, which can be used to measure the weak phase. The method does not need an excellent test setup, and is more easy than conventional optics methods to restrain noise and adjust carrier parameter. Results of numerical simulation and experimental tests show that the proposed method is effective to get the lower noise phase difference amplification of over 100 times. More phase details in fringe patterns can be observed by use of the method.
