Technique of Temperature Control for Diode Laser Frequency Stabilization
摘要
设计了一种用于半导体激光器稳频的恒温控制器,在室温下2 h的测试时间中,测试恒温稳定度为5 mK,配合稳定度为±2 μA的恒流源,半导体激光器自由运行时激光频率波动稳定在100 MHz范围内.
Abstract
A thermostatic controller for diode laser frequency stabilization was developed. The temperature of diode laser varied within 5 mK during 2 hours' test at room temperature. With a constant current source (±2 μA), the frequency of free-running diode laser varied within 100 MHz.
