讨论了在采用薄膜干涉方法分(合)波时,其中的关键器件--薄膜干涉滤光片的设计和镀膜监控误差模拟.主要介绍了一个波分复用双通道薄膜干涉滤光片的设计原理、设计过程、滤光片的性能及影响因素分析,并进行了假定监控误差下的镀膜过程的模拟.
Abstract
With the introduction of modern optical technology, the capacity and speed of communication have been improved dramatically, and the optical fiber communication will play a more important role on the communication stage. A major difficult problem in the WDM communication system is the manufacture of the multiplexer (demultiplexer). In this article we are discussing two problems: the design of the film interference optical filter and the simulation of the coating process.The article chiefly introduces the design principle and process of a kind of WDM film interference optical filter for two channels,analyzes the performance of the filter and the effective factors.Finally the coating process is simulated.
