改善半导体激光器驱动电源性能的研究
The Study of Improvement of the Driver of Continuous Semiconductor Laser
摘要
提出了采用通用器件研制高稳定度的连续半导体激光器驱动电源的方案.该电源采用负反馈技术可以向半导体激光器提供0~200 mA连续可调的高稳定度的驱动电流,同时加入了恒温控制,保证了激光器的输出光波长的单一性和输出功率的稳定性,有效地延长了其使用寿命.实验结果表明,连续工作2 h,其输出电流稳定度为8.1×10-5,温度变化范围不超过0.003°C.电源具有抗干扰能力强、稳定度高、安全可靠、使用方便、价格低廉等优点.
Abstract
A highly stable continued laser diode driver which adopted common apparatus was presented. By negative feedback, the driver could provide stable driving current from 0 to 200 mA with laser diodes. Constant temperature control ensured the pure spectrum of laser diodes and stable output power, which efficiently extended the lifetime of laser diodes. Experimental results show that during 2 hours long output current attains to 8.1×10-5, and the range of temperature change is 0.003°C. Also, there are a lot of advantages of this driver, such as good noise suppression, high stability, good safety and reliability, convenience and low cost.
