摘要
介绍了国内外近年来对于深熔激光焊接过程建立数学模型的进展 ,并探讨了其研究的前景和发展。重点讨论了光致等离子体、小孔的作用机制及其对焊接过程的影响 ;人工神经网络方法在深熔激光焊数学模型中的应用。
Abstract
The newly developed modeling methods of deep penetration laser welding are discussed.In order to understand the nature of laser welding process,the mechanisms and properties of laser induced plasma and keyhole,and their influence in detail are described. Artificial neural network is feasible in modeling laser welding process and its algorithm is explained.
