摘要

介绍了利用人工神经网络建立深熔激光焊焊缝形状模型和基于人工神经网络的混合专家系统模型。以Nd:YAG激光焊接Monel 400的实例介绍了应用ANN模型研究激光焊接规范参数和焊缝形状的关系,并提出了基于ANN的焊接规范参数优化方法。结果显示,模型具有很好性能。

Abstract

Artificial Neural Network (ANN) is used to develop the weld metal geometric model of deep penetration laser welding. A framework of expert system based ANN was also developed. Using the experimental data from Nd:YAG laser welding Monel 400, the relationship between the welding parameters and the weld metal geometry were studied. A method to optimize the welding parameters based on ANN model is introduced. The result shows that the ANN model could meet the high standard practical requirement.
