高精度双波长非接触光纤高温计的波长最优设计
Wavelength Optimization of a High-precision Noncontact Dual-wavelength Fiber-optic Pyrometer
摘要
对实用化的高精度非接触式双波长光纤高温计的工作波长及其带宽进行了最优化设计,获得了良好的效果。在测试范围600~1360℃内,测温灵敏度达到0.1℃,精度为0.5℃。
Abstract
In this paper, a method of optimal parameter selection for determining two operating wavelengths and their bandwidths of a high-precision noncontact dual-wavelength fiber-optic pyrometer is proposed. In the range of 600~1360℃, an accuracy of 0.5℃ and resolution of 0.1℃ are obtained.
