摘要
利用CO2激光器的简化速率方程模型,对高功率横流连续CO2激光器特性参数进行了全面的分析和探讨,建立了光腔小信号增益系数、饱和光强参数、激光输出功率和激光耦合输出窗口最佳透射率计算公式,其计算值与实验结果吻合,为激光器的设计和运行提供了快捷、简便的计算依据。
Abstract
The characteristic parameters of a transverse-flow cw CO2 laser are discussed and analyzed by the use of simplified rate equations for the population densities of N2 vibrationally excited level and the CO2 (0001) level. The equations for the small-signal gain, the saturation intensity, the laser output power, and the optimal output-coupling coefficient of a resonator are presented. The calculated values are fairly close to the experimentally measured values.
