反射式光纤共焦扫描成像 系统分辨率 离焦像 图像处理 fiber optical confocal scanning imaging in reflect system resolution de-focus image image processing
摘要
在建立的一套反射式光纤共焦扫描成像系统上进行了标准板的扫描成像实验及反色、拼接等图像处理,得到了二维扫描像,并进行了二维共焦扫描像及离焦像的比较。实验结果表明,系统具有亚微米级横向分辨能力,并具有微米级纵向层析能力。
Abstract
Optical serial sectioning based on the depth-discriminating ability of a fiber optical confocal scanning microscope (FOCSM) can be combined with digital image processing to realize 3D microscopy. An instrument of FOCSM was designed for this purpose. In this paper, the 2D images of standard bars with some kinds of image processing in the FOCSM was shown. Furthermore, the in-focus image with the de-focus image has been compared, and the 2D images for the further 3D reconstruction are analyzed.
