高效率Cr3+:LiSrAlF6激光器的研究
Investigation of High Efficiency Cr3+:LiSrAlF6Laser
摘要
研究了用有机染料进行抽运光光谱转移提高抽运效率的可能性。氙灯脉冲宽度从181 μs降到118 μs,激光输出斜效率提高了17%。采用R-640染料光谱转移实现光谱匹配,斜效率提高了10%,采用120 μs的脉冲抽运光及用有机染料R-640对氙灯抽运光进行光谱转移,抽运Cr3+浓度为5(at-%),尺寸为φ6 mm×45 mm的Cr3+:LiSAF6激光晶体,中心波长为830 nm,获得1 J的激光能量输出。
Abstract
In this paper, a improved performance of the Cr3+:LiSAF6 laser is reported. The slope efficiency is increased by 10%, when using the shotened pulse pump and matching spectrum pump transformed by organic dye. In the case of the pumping pulse duration of 120 μs and the spectrum transformed by R-640 dye, the pulse energy of 1 J at 830 nm central wavelength from 5(at-%) doped, φ6 mm×45 mm Cr3+:LiSAF6 crystal is obtained.
