Kerr-Lens Mode-Locked Femtosecond Laser for Nd:Glass Laser Amplifier System
摘要
描述了用激光二极管抽运的全固体Nd:LMA自锁模飞秒激光振荡器。 通过理论计算和分析, 在其腔内加入一非线性系数较大的介质, 同时对腔结构进行优化设计, 实现了自锁模。 它直接产生波长为1054 nm的激光, 输出激光脉冲的宽度达610 fs, 光谱宽度为2.1 nm, 输出功率达15 mW。
Abstract
A Kerr-lens mode-locked femtosecond Nd:LMA laser pumped by laser diode is discussed. Through calculation and theory analysis, a Kerr-lens mode-locked femto-second Nd:LMA laser operating at wavelength of 1054 nm is demonstrated by using additional Kerr medium (SF57) with the large nonlinear coefficient and optimal cavity design. The transform-limited pulses as short as 610 fs duration, corresponding to spectra width of 2.1 nm, were obtained in this experiment, and laser output power is 15 mW.
