摘要
用高亮度激光二极管作抽运源, 研究了连续、 腔内倍频和被动调Q Nd:GdVO4激光器的输出特性。 在抽运功率为881 mW时获得了119 mV的连续绿光输出, 光-光转换效率13.5%。 用Cr4+:YAG作可饱和吸收体实现了Nd:GdVO4激光器的被动调Q运转, 脉冲宽度为116~24 ns, 重复频率在500 kHz~1.8 MHz范围内可调。
Abstract
Characteristics of a high-brightness laser-diode end-pumped CW and passively Q-switched Nd:GdVO4 laser ware studied. Using KTP as the intracavity frequency doubler, 119 mW green output power was obtained at a pump power of 881 mW, corresponding to a optical-to-optical efficiency of 13.5%. Passively Q-switched operation was realized using Cr4+:YAG as the saturable absorber. Stable pulses with pulse duration of 116~24 ns and repetition rate of 500 KHz~1.8 MHz were generated.
