可调谐钛宝石激光抽运的KTP单谐振光学参量振荡器的研究
Study of KTP Singly Resonant Optical Parametric Oscillator Pumped by Pulsed Tunable Ti:Sapphire Lasers
摘要
介绍了700nm~980nm的脉冲可调谐钛宝石激光抽运的KTP单谐振光学参量振荡器。通过改变抽运光波长作为光学参量振荡器输出参量光的调谐方式,确定了KTP晶体最佳切割角度(θ=62.5°,φ=0°),实验上获得了1251nm~2532nm的连续参量光输出,最大输出能量约为27.2mJ,最大转换效率为35.7%(1311nm处)。
Abstract
A singly resonant KTP-optical parametric oscillator (OPO) pumped by a pulse tunable Ti:sapphire laser is experimentally demonstrated and analyzed. Using one KTP crystal (θ=62.5°, φ=0°), the continuous output wavelength from 1261 nm to 2532 nm of type Ⅱ(A) OPO is obtained by tuning the pump laser from 700 nm to 980 nm, with the maximum output energy of 27.2 mJ and the maximum conversion efficiency of 35.7%.
