摘要
为了对端抽运DPSSL的端面形变场进行测量,研究了LD端抽运下Nd∶YVO4,Nd∶GdVO4,Nd∶KGW晶体的端面形变。主要对具有轴对称性的不同抽运光的功率下所引起的端面形变进行了计算机模拟。先对温度场进行理论计算,建立理论模型,然后对形变进行理论计算,并用计算机模拟了它们的形变。得到了由形变导致的端面形变热透镜焦距与致热功率之间的关系曲线,另外得到Nd∶YAG,Nd∶YVO4,Nd∶GdVO4,Nd∶KGW晶体的端面形变场分布。结果表明,随着致热抽运功率的增大,端面形变热透镜焦距越来越短,均在10m以内变化,而在聚焦半径为0.45mm、光纤耦合15W时,晶体形变量在10μm以内。
Abstract
Study destination is to measure the end deformation of the end pumped DPSSL. End pumped by laser diodes with symmetric Gaussian beam,axial the end deformation of Nd∶YVO4,Nd∶GdVO4 and Nd∶KGW are discussed by computer simulation. First of all,the heat model and theory model of the crystals are built up,then the temperature field is calculated. Under the defined condition,the deformation's distribution is plotted and the end deformation's focal lens is known. It can be shown that the end deformation's focal lens becomes shorter and shorter with the increase of the thermal pumped power and the lens is within 10m and each crystals'deformation is within l0μm when the pump waist is 0.45mm and pumped heat power is 15W.
