摘要
为使CuBr蒸气激光器的工作状态最佳(稳定且高效),利用正交设计实验方法对其放电回路参数实行最佳搭配实验,得到了一组放电回路参数,可使CuBr蒸气激光器工作在最佳状态。
Abstract
To make the CuBr vapour lasers work efficiently and stably,the orthonormal design of experiments is used to test the optimization of the parameters of the discharge circuit in the laser power supply. The optimum set of parameters is found.
