摘要
研究了连续CO2激光对几种红外窗口材料的表面损伤特性,研究表明,损伤机制在于杂质缺陷吸收造成的热冲击应力破坏。深入研究了杂质缺陷密度、焦斑与材料损伤阈值的关系,并建立了一个损伤模型。同时分析了热冲击应力破坏方式。
Abstract
CW CO2 laser induced damage to several kinds of infrared window materials has been investigated. It has shown that the damage mechanism is attributed to thermal shock stress caused by the absorption of impurities and defects in the materials. We have established a model concerning the defect intensity and focus spot with damage threshold, and the damage modes of thermal shock stress are analyzed.
