低漏电常闭型光电隔离开关设计

摘要
研制了一种新型的低漏电常闭型光电隔离开关。介绍了该光电隔离开关的工作原理、参数设计。通过特别的结构设计实现了对微小漏电流的控制, 并对其进行了工艺改进, 提高了器件可靠性。器件测试结果显示, 参数指标达到设计值, 从而验证了设计的有效性。
Abstract
The principles and parameters design of the optoelectronic isolated switch were introduced. The leakage current was controlled with a special structural design and the reliability of the switch was increased by improving manufacturing procedures. Tests on the samples indicate that the parameters can meet the design value, verifying effectiveness of the new design. Then based on analyzing the parameter curve, some suggestions are offered for different applications.
