1420铝锂合金激光焊接气孔行为特性研究

摘要

铝锂合金被认为是21世纪航空航天的理想结构材料.该文采用高光束质量Slab CO2激光器焊接1.9mm厚1420铝锂合金,研究激光焊接时氢气孔的行为特征,探讨氢气孔对激光焊接接头力学性能的影响.结果表明,氢气孔通常出现在熔合线附近.单面化学铣削0.1mm,激光焊接时就可以避免气孔的产生,较电弧焊接时单面化学铣削0.2~0.3mm显著减小.单面化学铣削0.05~0.1 mm,焊接接头拉伸强度和延伸率明显提高.
