摘要
Abstract
By means of travelling wave amplification in which the double pass output of a double-target with a plane mirror enters into the other at a distance of ~1000 mm, a soft-X-ray laser beam with nearly saturated intensity and minimum divergence angle ~1 mrad has been achieved. This kind of soft-X-ray laser is superior in quality to any one obtained in our previous experiments.
