High Precision Spectroscopy of SF6with a Frequency Modulation Technique
摘要
利用振动腔外反射镜使入射到低气压SF6气体吸收池内的CO2激光的频率受到Doppler调制,并用相敏检波技术得到SF6分子的一阶微分光谱。对几条SF6分子吸收线的频率间隔进行了高精度的测量。最后讨论了这种获得微分光谱方法的优点。
Abstract
An incident CO2laser beam into a low pressure SF6 cell was frequency modulated by an external dithering mirror through the Doppler effect. The differential spectrum ofSF6has been detected by utilizing the phase-sensitive technique. The frequency differencesamong several saturated absorption lines of SF6 were precisely measured. The practicalsignificance of the method is discussed.
