报道连续激光二极管泵浦的Ｎｄ:ＹＶＯ4激光器的腔内倍频实验结果，比较了不同掺杂浓度的Nd:YVO4晶体的倍频输出功率，最大绿光输出功率为22.2 mW，光-光转换效率为3.5%。此外，还研究了腔内倍频的输出涨落特性。

The experimental result of diode-pumped intracavity-doubled Nd: YVO4 laser was reported. The output powers of different doped Nd: YVO4 crystals were compared.The maximum output power at 532 nm was 22.2 mW with the optical efficiency of 3.5%. We also investigated the output character of the intracavity second harmonic generation.
