Electron-Trapping Materials Outputting Red Light and Application in Image Storage and Image Subtraction
摘要
研究了输出红光的电子俘获材料的光学性质和物理机制。利用~200 μm厚的电子俘获薄膜在实验上证明了图像存储和图像减法的可能性。实验表明,这种材料对光存储和光学信息处理应用,具有很多有吸引力的优点,如:可擦除,可重写,高分辨,高速度,以及模拟和并行操作等。
Abstract
The optical properties and physical machanism of electron--trapping materials outputting red light were investigsted in derail. The possibility of image storage and parallel incoherent image subtraction was experimentally demonstrated, using electtontrapping film whose thickness is approximately 200 μm. The experimental results show that this material has many attractive advantages such as: erasable, rewrituble, high resolution, high speed, and capable of analog and peallel operations, for application in optical storage and optical processing.
